Q: How do I request new or replacement pool credentials?

Q : How can I purchase a replacement mailbox lock and keys set? 

A :  Replacement lock and key sets can be purchased for  $25.00.  Set includes one lock cylinder and three keys. Please log in to your townsq.io account to make a one-time payment for $25.00, and when complete, email your request to coamenity@goodwin-co.com. 

Q: How do I pay for my pool credentials? 

A: Any charges will be billed to your HOA account.  Click HERE to pay for any applicable charges.  

NOTE:  Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized.
